Length determines range of subject matter.
Workshop
Workshops are typically 2 1/2 hours long.
Members receive study materials and will have the opportunity to role play, interact, practice the subject matter.
There is a little pre-work for this workshop to discover whether you communicate as a Parent, Adult or Child!
