We all make to-do lists to remind us of what we need to accomplish.
We also typically have things banging around in our head of things we need to do to advance our lives, our careers, our businesses.
But it doesn't do much good if we don't ACHIEVE those things that we need to do.
So we stop making new years resolutions.
And we get frustrated and down on ourselves at the fact that we aren't getting done those things that will help us succeed.
We don't need to reinvent the wheel. We just need to put processes in place to ensure that we know exactly what we need (and want!) to do and what we need to do to carry it to completion.

Ideas Into Action Workshops is a fast paced program designed to get peoples "stuff" like ideas and dreams out of their heads onto paper, create real life goals and action plans and take control of where each person wants to go in their life both personally and professionally. Including in this workshop is how to work through those road blocks that prevent us from moving forward.
Goal Planning System Workshops work with the individual or organization to support the participant to identify their goals and create a long term vision of where they want to be. These workshops produce people who regain high motivation to succeed bringing improved results for themselves and their organizations.
GPS + is a program that takes the above and adds a personal coaching program to give time and support behavior change to ensure the goals are achieved.
Strategic Roadmap Workshop is designed to bring the stakeholders together (board, club members, department, any group) focus on what they want to accomplish with the organization and develop goals with real action steps and dates that helps eveyone move forward. This workshop is one of the most dynamic workshops that gets people focused and moving forward!
Strategic Planning Process is geared for businesses to create their vision, core values mission and goals need to take the company where it wishes to go.
Small Business Strategic Planning is geared for the micro business (under 10 people). This program understands that there are often extra challenges for this type of business owner and perhaps less detail is required to create an effective Strategic Plan.
