Bottom line - why is CHADONS different?
First of all, let's talk about what is typically out there now. There are great Leadership (for example) seminars that take you in for one or two days, you learn a bunch of really great stuff and let's be honest --- nothing changes. There are several very legitimate reasons for that.
We are asking people to change their everyday behavior, the behavior that is done without even thinking about it. That can't happen over night or for sitting in a two day seminar. Changing peoples behavior requires time, repitition and participant willingness to change.
That's why CHADONS Resources when partnering with an organization to support leadership (for example) will be involved for several months. The training itself is focused on being less disruptive, yet more significantly more productive for everyone involved. Combining in-group sessions and individual coaching we customize a process so that as the experience progresses, each participant legitimately, measurably "walks the talk" (even while still in training!) instead of just having a manual and being told on how to be a good manager.
