Enter Chadons Support the Board Program designed specifically for not for profit organizations, a year long program designed to help the board effectively lead and communicate with all stakeholders along with helping the board design a Strategic Roadmap ensuring a more energized, focused and enjoyable board service for all members.

This is done three ways.
Real world workshops on Leadership, Effective Communication, Stress and Time Management. All programs designed to give the board member tools to enhance not only their term on the board, but also in their personal and professional lives.
Strategic Roadmap which takes the board through the vision, goals and responsibilities for carrying out those goals. By creating a Strategic Roadmap boards feel better focused, more effective and feel a greater sense of accomplishment as they achieve those real tangible goals for the organization.
Coaching - Terry Bass, business coach provides monthly coaching for the President and Executive Director to help them deal with the issues of the day to ensure they can continue to move forward.

Terry Bass of Chadons Resources is a business coach who serves on several not for profit boards (large and small) in the Chicagoland area in several leadership (including President) positions.
He has taken his extensive business and volunteer experience while working with dozens of not for profit organizations in the Chicagoland area.
By packaging the different programs that he has already performed with organizations, he's created a dynamic program to support not for profit board members to be as effective as they want to be for their efforts.
