As a business coach Terry has done a lot of networking in his time. Observing that there was a lot of people out there struggling with how to network effectively, Terry has written a step by step guide for every networker titled Relationship Networking 3.0.

Completing his service in the US Navy in 1981, Terry has worked in small, medium and large businesses throughout his career. In his last decade in the corporate world, he was National Training Manager of Tech Services Intl. (a subsidiary of Eastman Kodak) providing coaching and developmental training. His wide range of experience has provided him with a broad spectrum of insight, experience and skills in which to support each person’s drive to define and achieve their vision.
Terry has lived in various areas of the country, where he is now residing on the North Side of Chicago since 1981. As an active member of the community, he has worked with such worthwhile organizations as National Runaway Switchboard, United Way and American Red Cross – Chicago Chapter. Terry also is very active in several area chambers of commerces where they share the similar goal of supporting businesses. He can be found frequently at chamber and business association events supporting members by giving seminars on tangible subjects.

Involved in His Community
Terry is a proud member (and past President) of the Rotary Club, Lakeview Chapter, as well as past District Trainer for his Rotary area, which sets strong ethical standards for people in business. He also has served on the board of CCASTD (the Chicago Chapter of American Society for Training & Development). And continues to volunteer with this great organization. He strongly believes in giving back and has volunteered his services in things like Shaping America's Youth town hall meeting event in Chicago which brought together over 600 Chicagoans to discuss the issue of Childhood Obesity, the Adults with Autism town hall meeting and the NHPA conference that supported Hispanic Youth in preparing for their business future. Terry participated in IBM's Forum on Global Leadership in Washington, DC in July, 2007. The Forum brought together business, academic and civic leaders from all size organizations around the country discussing the future of American and its workforce in the global economy.
